Green Lentils ORGANIC

Organic green lentils bring an earthy flavour and a satisfying texture to everyday cooking. Use them in warming soups, stews and curries, or cook and cool them for salads with roasted vegetables and your favourite dressing.

These are ordinary green lentils, offered separately from our French Puy lentils.

Preparation: Sort and rinse before cooking. Simmer in water until tender, following your supplier's cooking instructions where provided.

Storage: Keep in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
