Organic Nettle Tea

Nettle tea has an identifiable taste and is commonly used to detox and energise the body and mind.  Nettle tea is one of the most powerful sources of iron and is very high in calcium and essential minerals.

Nettle has also historically been used to treat pain and sore muscles, especially related to arthritis. The Arthritis Foundation suggests that nettle tea may also reduce the inflammation and pain association with osteoarthritis.
