Genuine Japanese made Tamari, unlike cheaper imitations made elsewhere. Tamari is a soy sauce made by fermenting soybeans, and is derived from the process of Miso making. Naturally gluten-free, compared with most soy sauces, it's darker, less salty, and has a strong umami flavour.
